An Experienced Compliance Team
Compliance Support Associates Inc. (CSA) was founded in May of 2013. CSA Founder and Principal Rick Hinrichs began investigating and inspecting ADA Title II and Title III facilities while working as a contract civil investigator for Federal U.S. Attorney’s Offices located in the Southern District of Alabama and Northern District of Florida. While a key member of the Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) Team, Rick worked side by side with fellow U.S Attorneys and DOJ Architects on a number of major disability rights initiatives, including major investigations of federal noncompliance under both The American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act (FHA). This valuable field experience provided him with opportunities to investigate a broad range of facilities including medical offices, commercial buildings, municipal and government buildings, recreational facilities, hotel lodging facilities, and multi-family residential developments.
